- 2 rounds whole wheat pita bread or naan bread
- 1/2 cup Eden Hummus, (see Eden's recipes) or store-bought
- 1/2 cup sliced organic cherry tomatoes, or regular tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 4 leftover Eden Falafel patties, (see Eden's recipes)
Preheat oven to 350° F and warm pita bread, about 5 minutes. Remove and spread hummus on each round. Top each with crumbled falafel, tomatoes and cucumber slices.
Note: Any favorite topping can be substituted for above toppings.
