Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked Eden Short or Medium Grain Brown Rice, or brown rice grain combination
- 1/2 cup Eden Pinto Beans
- 1 1/2 tsp Eden Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
- 1/3 cup scallions, finely chopped
Directions
Heat oils in a heavy skillet. When hot add cooked rice and pinto beans. Add shoyu, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook until hot (about 5 minutes). Add scallions, mix in scallions and cook another 7 to 10 minutes until hot. Serve
