Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed baby salad greens
- 1 small cucumber, sliced into rounds
- 1 cup organic cherry tomatoes, whole or halved
- 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Eden Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
or 1/2 teaspoon Eden Sea Salt - 2 tsp Eden Dried Basil
or 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh - 1 tsp Eden Dried Oregano
or 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp Eden Paprika Powder
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp organic maple syrup, optional
- 1/8 tsp Eden Black Pepper
Directions
Place all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Arrange salad in salad bowls and serve with dressing and you favorite accompaniments.
