Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 whole kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Vanilla Edensoy, or Extra Vanilla
  • 1 tsp organic maple syrup, optional
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup fresh sliced strawberries, for garnish

Directions

Pulse all ingredients except the sliced strawberries for garnish in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve with 2 tablespoons fresh sliced strawberries on top of each glass for garnish.
