Blueberry, Peach & Rice Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Eden Brown Rice Flakes
  • 2 cups Vanilla Edensoy, or Extra Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup peaches, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup crushed ice, if using fresh fruit, otherwise omit
  • 1 tsp organic maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, for garnish
  • 1/4 cup fresh peach slices, for garnish

Directions

Place rice flakes in a blender and grind several seconds. Add next five ingredients and pulse to blend several seconds. Pour into glasses and serve with a few fresh blueberries and peach slices on top of each glass.
