Place the tea bag in the boiling water, cover and steep 7 to 10 minutes until the tea is fairly strong flavored. Remove tea bag and pour the tea into ice cube trays and freeze. When frozen, place in a blender with all remaining ingredients and pulse several seconds. Pour into glasses and serve with a sprinkling of ground cinnamon on top.
