Ingredients
- 1 piece any Eden Brown Rice Mochi, quartered
- 2 tsp organic maple syrup, heated, or organic brown rice syrup
- 3 Tbsp organic dry roasted and ground sesame seeds, or Eden Gomasio
Directions
Dry pan toast or oven bake at 450° for 5 to 7 minutes or until the mochi puffs up. While the mochi is baking, coarsely grind the sesame seeds in a blender and pour in a bowl. When the mochi is done, dip each piece in the hot syrup to evenly coat. Roll the mochi in the ground sesame seeds to coat and serve.
