Ingredients
- 12 ounces Eden Kamut Spirals, 1 package
- 15 ounces Eden Garbanzo Beans, drained
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata or black olives, sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely minced
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp celery leaves, minced
- 1/2 cup organic grape or cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/3 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Eden Brown Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Eden Garlic Gomasio
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp organic maple syrup
Directions
Cook pasta as package directs. Rinse, drain and combine all salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients and add to the salad. Toss to mix and serve room temperature or chilled
