Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Eden Wasabi Powder (Japanese Mustard), or to taste
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 pound organic extra firm tofu, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp Eden Umeboshi Paste, or to taste
- 1 tsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
Directions
Mix wasabi with hot water, let sit 2 to 3 minutes, and the puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until creamy. Great with organic chips or raw carrot and celery sticks.
