Ingredients
- 15 ounces organic diced canned tomatoes, do not drain
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp Eden Cumin Powder
- 1/8 tsp Eden Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Eden Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar, or to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Eden Ground Coriander
- 2 tsp finely minced jalapeno pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and serve with organic corn chips, or with your favorite Mexican dishes.
