Tomato Chili Salsa

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces organic diced canned tomatoes, do not drain
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Eden Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp finely minced jalapeno pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve with organic corn chips, or with your favorite Mexican dishes.
