Ingredients
- 1 pound organic firm tofu, drained
- 1/4 cup Original Edensoy, or Extra Original
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Eden Apple Cider Vinegar
or Eden Brown Rice Vinegar - 1 1/2 tsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
or 2 cloves roasted garlic - 1 tsp any Eden Mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Add more horseradish if desired. Transfer to a glass container and refrigerate. Keeps for about 5 days. Delicious on Hiziki Potato Salad (please see Eden's recipe), coleslaw, bean or spinach salads.
Yields 2 cups, 4 Tablespoons per person
