Ingredients
- 20 pecan halves, 1 oz., dry pan roasted
- 20 organic pitted dates
- 2 Tbsp Eden Shiro Miso, or Barley & Brown Rice Miso
- 2 tsp Eden Mirin, or organic maple syrup
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 3 Tbsp EDEN Roasted Sesame Tahini, or organic almond butter
Directions
Combine miso, mirin, orange zest and tahini. Cut a lengthwise slit in each date. Remove pit, if not pitted. Fill each date with the miso tahini mixture. Top each date with a pecan half.
