Ingredients
- 15 ounces Eden Lentils w/Onion & Bay Leaf, 1 can, drained
- 1/2 cup green olives stuffed with pimento
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp Eden Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Use as a sandwich spread or dip.
