• 15 ounces Eden Lentils w/Onion & Bay Leaf, 1 can, drained
• 1/2 cup green olives stuffed with pimento
• 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 2 tsp Eden Red Wine Vinegar
• 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
• 1/4 cup onion, diced
• 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Use as a sandwich spread or dip.
