Ingredients
- 1 cup Eden Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup organic sunflower seeds
- 1 cup organic pumpkin seeds, dry pan roasted
- 1 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Eden Cumin Powder
Directions
Heat a small skillet and dry roast the sea salt until it releases a slight chlorine smell. Finely grind sea salt in an electric coffee grinder. Place all ingredients in a blender and grind until seeds are almost completely crushed. Place in a sealed glass jar or condiment container. Sprinkle on cooked whole grain, hot cereal, pasta, salads or steamed vegetables.
