Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix well, and let sit for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 300°F. Line two large baking sheets with baking paper. Spread seed mixture evenly on baking paper and press down firmly until about 1/4 inch thick. If needed, place another sheet of baking paper on top of the seed mixture and firmly roll out to 1/4 inch with a rolling pin. Using a knife, carefully score the seed mixture into 2" squares. They will break apart easily after baking and can not be sliced after baking. Bake for 60 minutes or until very crispy being careful not to burn the seeds. Remove and let cool before breaking into squares.
