Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Eden Sesame Seeds, dry pan roasted
- 1/2 cup Eden Black Sesame Seeds, dry pan roasted
- 3 Tbsp organic flax seed, or flax meal
- 1 1/4 tsp Eden Salt
Directions
Heat a small skillet and dry roast the sea salt until it releases a slight chlorine smell. Grind in a coffee grinder. Place all ingredients in a blender and grind until all ingredients are almost completely crushed. Place in a sealed glass jar or condiment container. Spoon over cooked whole grains, hot cereal, pasta, salad, or steamed vegetables.
Variation: add 1 Tbsp organic chia seed
