Ingredients
- 4 cup mixed salad greens
- 1 cup tomato, chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Cumin & Garlic Roasted Garbanzo Beans, (see Eden's recipe)
- 1/2 cup Eden Kimchi Sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Edensoy
- 3 Tbsp Eden Roasted Sesame Tahini
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Eden Brown Mustard
- 1 Tbsp shallots, minced
- 1 tsp organic maple syrup
- 1 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp Eden Black Pepper
Directions
Place salad greens in salad bowl. Top with tomato, avocado, roasted garbanzo beans, and your choice of Eden Sauerkraut. Prepare the dressing. Place ingredients in a blender and pulse several seconds to mix. Serve over salad.
