Ingredients
- 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 Tbsp raw sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Edensoy
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Eden Whole Leaf Dulse
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Brown Mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp organic maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Eden Black Pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients for dressing in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Place the lettuce in a serving bowl and serve with dressing. Garnish with deep-fried dulse chips (see Eden recipe), if desired or croutons.
