Ingredients
- 15 ounces Eden Lentils w/Onion & Bay Leaf, do not drain
- 3 Tbsp Eden Roasted Sesame Tahini
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste
- 1/4 cup minced parsley
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Serve with warm pita bread, favorite whole grain bread, crackers, chips or raw vegetables.
