Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil and rub into flour with your hands to evenly mix. Add Edensoy and form into a ball of dough. Roll out dough onto a lightly floured cutting board. Cut crackers with a knife or fluted pastry wheel into 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" squares. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 40 minutes or until crisp. Remove and allow to cool. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen small crackers. The dough may be cut larger, if desired, for larger crackers.
