Combine yeast, oil and water in a measuring cup. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes. Place the flour and sea salt in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour the yeast mixture over the flour and form into a ball of dough. Knead by hand for 10 minutes or place the dough in a food processor and pulse for 4 to 5 minutes to knead. Lightly oil a large mixing bowl with olive oil and place the dough in it. Cover with a damp towel and place in a warm area. Let sit for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until double in size. It is now ready to punch down and divide into two balls of dough. Roll out the dough, roll out and place in pizza pans or on large cookie sheets. Top with your favorite toppings. Let sit 5 minutes before baking.
