Ingredients
- 1 pound soft or firm organic tofu
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp organic lemon juice concentrate
- 1 Tbsp Eden Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar
- 2 tsp organic maple syrup, or to taste
- 2 tsp Eden Brown Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Eden Ground Turmeric
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Place in a tightly sealed jar and refrigerate. Use on sandwiches, or in pasta salads. This will keep for 2 to 3 days.
