• 1 pound soft or firm organic tofu
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tsp organic lemon juice concentrate
• 1 Tbsp Eden Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
• 1 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar
• 2 tsp organic maple syrup, or to taste
• 2 tsp Eden Brown Mustard
• 1/4 tsp Eden Ground Turmeric
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Place in a tightly sealed jar and refrigerate. Use on sandwiches, or in pasta salads. This will keep for 2 to 3 days.
