Ingredients
- 1/2 pound organic extra firm tofu, rinsed and drained
- 2 Eden Umeboshi Plums, remove pits
- 1 Tbsp onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
Directions
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Serve over all types of salads.
