Ingredients
- 29 ounces Eden Organic Garbanzo Beans, drain, reserve liquid (called aquafaba)
- 1/4 cup EDEN Roasted Sesame Tahini
- 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tsp Eden Umeboshi Paste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1 small jar roasted red peppers, water or oil packed, chopped
- 3 Tbsp aquafaba, reserved garbanzo cooking liquid
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/8 tsp Eden Sea Salt
Directions
Blend ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with the reserved aquafaba (garbanzo cooking liquid). Umeboshi paste used for added flavor. Serve as a dip with warm pita bread, corn chips, or veggies.
