Ingredients
- 2 cups Cocoa Edensoy, or Carob
- 1/4 cup organic smooth unsalted peanut butter
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 tsp organic maple syrup
- 2 whole fresh mint leaves, finely chopped for garnish
Directions
Place all ingredients except the mint leaves in a blender and pulse several seconds until the peanut butter dissolves. Pour into glasses and garnish each with a sprinkle of chopped mint leaves.
