Chocolate Peanut Butter Mint Smoothie


  • 2 cups Cocoa Edensoy, or Carob
  • 1/4 cup organic smooth unsalted peanut butter
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tsp organic maple syrup
  • 2 whole fresh mint leaves, finely chopped for garnish


Place all ingredients except the mint leaves in a blender and pulse several seconds until the peanut butter dissolves. Pour into glasses and garnish each with a sprinkle of chopped mint leaves.
