- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 2 Tbsp organic smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup Vanilla or Extra Edensoy
- 1 cup Carob or Cocoa Edensoy
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 tsp organic maple syrup
Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse several seconds. Pour into glasses and serve.
Note: Cashew or almond butter can be substituted for peanut butter.
