• 1 medium banana, peeled
• 2 Tbsp organic smooth peanut butter
• 1 cup Vanilla Edensoy
• 1 cup Carob Edensoy, or Cocoa
• 1 cup crushed ice
• 1 tsp organic maple syrup
Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse several seconds. Pour into glasses and serve.
Note: Cashew or almond butter can be substituted for peanut butter.
