- 1 cup walnuts, dry pan roasted
- 1 Tbsp Eden Mugi Miso, Genmai Miso or Barley & Brown Rice Miso
Eden Shiro Miso
- 1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp water
Place the roasted walnuts in a food processor or blender and finely grind them. Place the water and miso in a medium skillet and heat, stirring the miso constantly to dissolve. Add the walnuts and scallions. Mix thoroughly with the miso. Heat, stirring frequently for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove.
