Ingredients
- 4 cups onion, thinly sliced
- 2 pieces Eden Wakame, soaked 5 minutes in cold water to cover, chopped, discard soaking water
- 2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, or to taste
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 5 Tbsp EDEN Roasted Sesame Tahini
- 2 cups water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix shoyu, tahini and water together. Place the onions, wakame and carrots in a mixing bowl. Pour tahini mixture over and mix thoroughly. Place in a small casserole dish. Cover casserole dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until onions are tender.
