Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Eden Barley & Brown Rice Miso
or any Eden Miso - 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tsp fresh ginger root, finely grated
- 1 tsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar, or to taste
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
Squeeze out juice from the ginger and discard pulp. Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Use as a marinade for tofu, fish or vegetables before cooking.
