Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cups fresh basil, loosely packed, chopped
- 2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, lightly dry pan roasted
- 2 Tbsp Eden Shiro Miso
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve with any Eden Pasta.
For a thick, sweeter, richer pesto double the amount of pine nuts.
