Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Eden Hot Pepper Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp small capers, minced
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp Eden Brown Mustard, or Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 15 ounces Eden Black Eyed Peas, drained
- 1 cup red onion, minced
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
Directions
In a large bowl, blend the oils, horseradish, capers, mustard and sea salt. Gently toss in the black eyed peas and set aside for ten minutes. Stir in onion and red peppers. Place in a serving dish.
