Ingredients
- 3.5 ounces Eden Kuzu Pasta, 1 package
- 1 tsp Eden Hot Pepper Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp Eden Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 cups pea pods, chopped
- 1 cup mung bean sprouts, rinsed
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup spinach, packed and chopped
- 2 Tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside. Heat oil, add peppers and pea pods. Sauté 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts and sauté 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix in pasta and serve.
