• 2.4 oz Eden Mung Bean Pasta
or any clear style noodles
• 1 tsp Eden Hot Pepper Sesame Oil
• 2 tsp Eden Toasted Sesame Oil
• 2 cups pea pods, chopped
• 1 cup mung bean sprouts, rinsed
• 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
• 1/4 cup spinach, packed and chopped
• 2 Tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
Cook pasta as package directs and set aside. Heat oil, add peppers and pea pods. Sauté 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts and sauté 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix in pasta and serve.
