Ingredients
Creamy White Sauce- 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or Safflower Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 3 Tbsp Eden Soft White Pastry Wheat Flour
or organic unbleached white flour - 2 cups Original Edensoy, or Unsweetened
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 3 Tbsp Eden Shiro Miso
- 1 tsp Eden Dried Oregano
or 1 Tablespoon fresh oregano, minced - 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 pinch Eden Black Pepper
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and toss with a few drops of olive oil. To make the sauce, heat the oil in a sauce pan. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute. Add the flour, reduce the heat to low, and stir constantly until flour absorbs all the oil, about 2 to 3 minutes. Slowly add the Edensoy, stirring constantly with a whisk until the sauce thickens. Add the sea salt, miso, oregano, peppers, black pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Turn off heat, mix in noodles and parsley. Serve.
