Combine yeast, oil and warm water in a small bowl. Stir several seconds until yeast dissolves. Combine flour and sea salt. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix to form a dough. Knead dough 10 minutes. Place dough in a lightly oiled large mixing bowl. Cover with a damp cloth, place in a warm area and let rise about 2 hours until double in size. Divide dough in half and roll to form 2 pizza crusts. Place rolled dough on pizza pans and spoon pizza sauce over the dough. Add your favorite toppings. Allow to rest for 10 minutes. The pizza can now be frozen for a least a week before baking, or bake in a preheated 400° oven for 25 minutes until light brown and crispy on the bottom.

NOTE: Eden Bonito Flakes make a delicious treat After adding all toppings and baking, crumble the bonito flakes on top and place pizza under the broiler for several seconds to crisp the flakes.
