- 4 cup organic unbleached white flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 1 1/3 cups warm water, about 85°F.
- 28 ounces Eden Pizza Pasta Sauce, 2 jars
- Any Favorite Toppings
Combine dry yeast, oil and warm water in a small bowl. Stir until yeast dissolves, several seconds. Combine flour and sea salt. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix to form a dough. Knead for 10 minutes. Lightly oil a large mixing bowl and place the dough in it. Cover with a damp cloth, place in a warm area and let rise for about 2 hours until double in size. Divide the dough in half and form 2 pizza crusts. Place the dough on pizza pans and spoon the pizza pasta sauce over the dough. Add your favorite toppings. Allow to rest for 10 minutes. The pizza can now be frozen for a least a week before baking, or bake in a preheated 400° oven for 25 minutes until light brown and crispy on the bottom.
NOTE: Eden Bonito Flakes make a delicious treat After adding all toppings and baking, crumble the bonito flakes on top and place pizza under the broiler for several seconds to crisp the flakes.
