Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté the garlic 1 minute, add the flour and stir constantly until all oil is absorbed by the flour, about 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to low. Slowly add Edensoy, and stir constantly with a whisk until sauce thickens. Add the sea salt, mirin, and black pepper. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Delicious served over Eden Pasta.
