Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Eden Brown Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 cup organic pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 cup organic sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup organic flax seed meal
- 2 Tbsp organic chia seeds
- 1/2 cup organic arrowroot flour
- 3/4 tsp Eden Salt
- 3 1/2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or Safflower Oi
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 4 tsp Eden Garlic Powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix well, and let sit for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 300F. Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Spread seed mixture evenly on baking paper and press down firmly until less than 1/4 inch thick. If needed, place another sheet of baking paper on top of the seeds and roll flat with a rolling pin. Remove top paper and bake for 60 minutes or until very crispy, being careful to burn the seeds. Let cool until crispy and break into pieces.
