Ingredients
- 1/2 cup organic pumpkin seeds, dry pan roasted
- 1/2 cup Eden Brown Sesame Seeds, dry pan roasted
- 1/2 cup organic sunflower seeds, dry pan roasted
- 1/4 cup organic flax seed meal
- 2 Tbsp organic chia seeds
- 1/3 cup organic arrowroot flour
- 1 tsp Eden Salt
- 3 1/2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or Safflower Oil
- 3/4 cup boiling water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix well, and let sit for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 300F. Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Spread seed mixture evenly on baking paper and press down firmly until less than 1/4 inch thick. If needed, place another sheet of baking paper on top of the seeds and roll flat with a rolling pin. Remove top paper and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until very crispy. Remove and let cool.
