Place all ingredients in a saucepan, stirring to mix in sesame butter. Heat almost to a boil. Do not boil. Remove from heat. Pour into a cup. Using a handheld whisk, froth until foam forms on top. Sprinkle toasted black sesame seeds on top if desired.
