Ingredients
- 2 cup Cocoa Edensoy, or Carob
- 1/4 cup organic smooth unsalted peanut butter
- 1/8 tsp pure peppermint extract
- 1 tsp organic maple syrup
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Directions
Place all ingredients except the mint leaves in a blender and pulse several seconds until the peanut butter dissolves. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of minced fresh mint leaf on top of each glass.
