Mocha Mint Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cocoa Edensoy, or Carob
  • 1/4 tsp pure peppermint extract
  • 1 Tbsp organic maple syrup
  • 2 cups crushed ice or 1 1/2 cups iced cubes
  • 2 fresh mint leaves, optional

Directions

Crush the ice in a blender, and add all remaining ingredients. Pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses, and garnish with a small sprig of fresh mint leaves.
