Place the sweet potatoes in a medium saucepan, cover with water and add the sea salt. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame and simmer 30 to 35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Remove the skins from the potatoes and place in a mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients, mash with a potato masher and place in a serving bowl.
