Heat oil in a sauce pan. Sauté garlic, carrots and onions for 3 minutes. Add flour and stir constantly until vegetables are coated with the flour. Combine the Edensoy and water. Slowly add to the skillet, stirring or whisking constantly to prevent lumping and simmer until thick. Add sea salt, cauliflower and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer on low for 5 to 7 minutes or until onions and cauliflower are tender. Add peas, cover and simmer another 3 minutes. Turn off the flame, mix in the chives and black pepper. Serve as a side dish or as a sauce over any Eden Pasta or cooked organic grain.
