Ingredients
- 12 ounces Eden Vegetable Spirals
Eden Kamut Vegetable Spirals or any Eden Spiral Pasta - 15 ounces Eden Kidney Beans, drained
- 15 ounces Eden Black Beans, drained
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups green onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
or Eden Red Wine Vinegar - 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Eden Barley Malt Syrup
or organic maple syrup - 3 Tbsp Eden Dried Basil
- 2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
Directions
Cook pasta as package directs. Rinse and drain. Mix pasta, beans, red pepper, green onions in a salad bowl. Prepare dressing. Mix into salad and serve.
