- 2 1/4 cups Edensoy Original, or Vanilla
- 1/8 tsp organic maple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Eden Kuzu Root Starch, dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
Heat 2 cups Edensoy, maple syrup and vanilla in a saucepan. Add dissolved kuzu, stirring constantly, and cook until thick and smooth. Great as a dessert filling, topped with fresh fruit, or as a quick pudding.
As a variation, add 2 teaspoons of finely grated lemon or orange zest (peel), at the end of cooking and mix in well.
