Apple Cinnamon Mocktail


  • 1 tsp organic maple sugar
  • 1 tsp Eden Cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tsp organic maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup organic apple juice
  • 1 cup unflavored sparkling water
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 apple slices
  • 2 lemon slices


Combine maple sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, mix well, pour onto a small plate and spread out. Turn each cocktail glass upside down and twirl around in the mixture to coat the rim.

Turn glasses upright. Add half the ice cubes and half of the maple syrup to each glass. Pour half the apple juice, lemon juice and sparking water in each glass. Place a cinnamon stick in each glass. Arrange one lemon slice and one apple slice on the rim of each glass and serve.
