Preheat oven to 425° F. Place the cauliflower slices on a large oiled baking sheet. Brush oil liberally on the cauliflower slices. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper and paprika. Baked for 30 to 35 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with gomasio before serving.
